COLLEGE LIFE
THINK POSSIBLE!
I found that thinking possible is often the missing step between where you are and where you want to be.
Life is hard and at times, it can be scary, lonely, confusing, and stressful. College is a time when extra support can make all the difference in your life. Being away from home or still living at home while trying to manage school, work, and a personal life is challenging.
For many, mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression can become more prevalent during college years and counseling can be a great tool to help you achieve your goals.
I work with students/families who are first generation who may need help navigating financial aid, admissions, and the many complexities of college. I enjoy working with International students who may need assistance with understanding a new culture. Cultivating a growth mindset and grit during new challenges.
All of us are searching for greater happiness, fulfilling relationships, meaning and personal growth.
I believe in the importance of empowerment through self-confidence and self-compassion. Together, we will work to create the life you deserve, a life with joy, purpose and connection.
You will learn coping skills to help decrease stress, accomplish goals, and get to know the limitless potential within you so that you may live a more authentic, rewarding and meaningful life.

COORDINATED SUPPORT – HOME & AWAY
Reaching new heights can be challenging. Your school’s counseling office serves many students needing support. Although crisis situations will always take priority, wait times for an appointment with the counseling center for less critical issues can sometimes be longer than you’d like. I may be able to offer you an appointment much sooner.
Are you managing an ongoing mental health condition that requires medication and regular counseling sessions? Whether you are visiting me during your time back at home or while at school, I can help coordinate your care with any other therapist or medical professionals with whom you may also be working.
I AM HERE FOR YOU
I serve a diverse set of clients and value all who seek my services regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference, or economic status. Se habla Español. No matter what you are experiencing, I am here to help.
